Testimonial

"I would highly recommend hypnobirthing! W arrived yesterday morning, so quickly that we never made it to hospital. A bit of birth breathing slowed her down enough to wait for the midwives to arrive at home. It was great, the surge breathing was very effective and felt very calm and relaxed. A also thinks it helped her stay calm when there was a possibility W would be born without a midwife present.”

About Nicki

Nicki is a fully qualified Hypnobirthing Childbirth Educator with the Hypnobirthing Institute - the original Hynobirthing programme. She originally planned to be a doctor, but changed qualifications after realising that medicine didn't allow her to spend enough time helping people as she wanted.

She is passionate about helping women free themselves from the fear and pain she witnessed during her medical training, and believes it is possible to have a calm, more joyful birth. With each class she teaches she appreciates this programme more and more. Nicki is also a fully qualified reflexologist.
